Full control on your roasting

The BR 15 PREMIUM roasters are equipped with a touch-screen display, a new cost-effective and eco-friendly premix gas burner with precise and responsive control, speed control for the drum and drum fan (air flow), 2 thermocouples (bean and exhaust air temperatures), vacuum pressure (in Pa), an Ethernet connection to plug a PC or laptop, and other top-level technical features like the cooling air exhaust temperature.

The roasting profile software BRIGUS – Coffee Roast Control & Log System allows you to control the roaster and the pre-selected roasting profile.

To follow and replicate the curves of a pre-selected profile, BRIGUS automatically controls and adjusts the gas burner and the fan speed parameters (air flow) to follow the bean curve.

The result is an even and homogeneous roast, batch after batch.

With BRIGUS you can:

• Define new profile based on previously stored ones
• Roast base under a pre-defined profile
• Rate of Rise (RoR)
• Control the roasting process manually or automatically
• Roast vs. desired profile evolution during the process
• Register occurrences, events and notes
